I think you need to call your doctor's office and tell of your continuing symptoms and insist on getting in sooner if at all possible.
Ok, I am very confused right now and it is seriously affecting all aspects of my life.
Here is my situation. On Jan 24 I took a HPT and it came up positive. The next day I went to my GYN and they confirmed. On Feb 4 all symptoms of pregnancy that I had stopped and on the 5th I cramped up really bad and began to bleed. The bleeding lasted for 4 days and was bright red the entire time. The first two days it looked like clots were in the blood, but there were none after that. I called my GYN and they told me I had had a miscarriage. Now the soonest they can see me is March the 1st so they have had to way to confirm this.
Besides the emotional issues of being told I had a miscarriage, about 5 days ago my pregnancy symptoms started to appear again, like they had never stopped. Only this time new ones have come along too. I am used to my breasts hurting and getting waves of nausea from smells or just randomly. And being unable to sleep on my stomach and the food cravings. However now my ankles are also starting to swell, I am actually throwing up when I get nauseous, and my cravings have lessened in intensity and frequency (but are still there). Also apparently I have started having mood swings, nothing major but just noticeable enough for my co workers to ask about it.
I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight at all into what might be going on. It was a week and a half after my bleeding that my symptoms started to come back, and they were very abrupt when they came back. I am 23, and never had a baby before. I have slight mixed feelings about being pregnant if I am, but at the same time it is something I am really looking forward to.
Sorry, I ramble on when I am confused.

I have, they say they have nothing open any sooner.
maybe go to a hospital and see someone on call?
The edema concerns me. Is there a nurse's hot line you can call? In many cities the hospitals provide this service and some insurances do, You can talk to a nurse practitioner about what is going on any they will guide you as to whether you can wait or if you should get in to get checked. The concern I think would be that the miscarriage wasn't complete and you end up requiring a D&C.
