I'm not pregnant.. am I?
Long story short, had sex with my ex no condom, I'm on birth control. I'm supposed to get my period between a 7 day time frame, I usually get it the 1st or 2nd day, this time I got my period on the 4th day and so far I'm pretty light.. which usually isn't the case. I'm not stressed or anything so I don't know what else could be wrong.. am I pregnant? Can someone please give some advice or anything, please and thank you!

If you are on the pill and take it according to the instructions it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. It is not unusual for a woman's period to vary somewhat. It can be affected by your diet, exersize level, stress and many other factors.
Make yourself some ginger root tea and see if that increases your flow.
