Hi TNL. In every ovulation kit there should be instructions on when is the best time to test. If you are trying to conceive, I recommend ordering a copy of "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler (I got mine off walmarts website for under $20). This book will teach you everything you need to know about your fertility, and how to track your ovulation every month. It is important to truly know your cycle lengths and when you ovulate to be able to get pregnant. Another advantage of charting is you can look for other things, like if you have a short (less than 12) days time frame from ovulation to period, you may not be producing enough progesterone to actually have successful implantation. There are many benefits to charting, and that book will teach you SO many things about your body and how it really works.

    "Be what you're looking for."

"The next time you're thinking of kicking someone when they're down, offer them your hand and help them back up instead."
