OK everyone i am in a real pickle here.

Before my last period (for which i was late) i took a pregnancy test, me and my partner do not use contraception just the withdrawal method. I know this is risky, i already have 3 children and if i got pregnant again it wouldn't be the end of the world but i'm not planning it either. Anyway the test was negative and i cam eon my period a couple of days later.
However, this month, i am not due on until around the 21st. But for the last couple of days i have had a very light, brownish coloured bleed, similar to that of the very end of your period. I have heard about implantation bleeding, which i didn't get with my other 3 children. And reading things online am really concerned that this is what it is. I have also been experiancing severe headaches (but this could be down to the fact that i am a nail tech and work with strong smelling acrylic everyday) extreme fatigue and general irritability. Usually at this time of the month i would have very sore and tender breasts but that has not occured.
I am going out of my mind as to what the is going on with my body, am i being paranoid for nothing or could this be something? I don't want to talk to my partner about it just yet because the 3 kids i have are not his and although he is a fantastic "stepdad" (we're not married) having his first child would be such a big shock and a big deal i don't wanna worry him without reason, especially after last month.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    thanks

If you are not due yet then there is no way to tell anything about what is going on because there is nothing yet to compare your symptoms to. Your general feelings can be explained away with your work for the headaches and the irritability from being fatigued and the fatigue because you are worried. If you miss this next period then you will want to use another pregnancy test. Brown is old blood, or in other cases the signal that a period is getting ready to happen. It happens at any point in any woman's cycle. Until your period comes next week you should just try to relax. Take a nice bath to calm your body down, it can help with the irritability. Try going to bed earlier to at least try and catch up on some sleep, take some Advil if need be for your headaches.

No two periods are going to be exactly the same, some will be heavy some light some full of cramping some have zero pain. It is always going to differ.
