Hi, my husband and i have been off and on trying for about 6 months to conceive, we are changing a lot of habits in our lives. Exercise, ...better diet, less medication, and vitamins, well my concern is what should i be taking at this time in my life to enhance the chances in my fertility.. could i be making it worse? What should my husband be taking at this time? i have heard that certain foods also can change the fertility in both men and women?
Just so you know im not going nuts about it and we are in love and hoping to make a baby from love, ..however if there are little changes i can do to make the chances better that would be awesome!!

Also i have a gluten intolerance so.... not sure if that changes anything so plz dont tell me to eat more bread... that would most likely make me cry!
