My hubby and I have been TTC for about 8 months with no luck. The doctor prescribed Clomid 50mg days 3-7 last month. I used an OPK and it showed and LH surge on days 16 and 17. I also had horrible pains in my lower abdomen from days 16-19. On day 21 I went for my progesterone level testing....they tested all of my hormones but OOPS - forgot to test for the pregesterone level. Luckily the lab still had my blood so they advised them to test it. On day 28, I finally got the results. The RN said it was only an 8.1 so I did not ovulate. My lower abd had felt tight beginning around day 25 and still is....my nipples started hurting horribly...I KNEW something wasn't right. So on day 29 I did a HPT and it came back "PREGNANT!" We were super excited - but when I called the RN - she said to treat it as a pregnancy - but there is a possibility that a chemical pregnancy may result since my progesterone level was so low. Sure enough, I have had 4 negative tests over the past 2 days. My confirm appt was set for April 27th - I know it doesn't seem that far away - but I want to get started on my next round of prometrium/clomid 100mg. The RN advised to wait until day 35 (which is Monday) and test again, just to be sure - if it is still negative - then we will start up the meds again. It isn't like I had any sort of attachment - but it was funny how I just KNEW that I was - apparently I am a lucky one who really does experience those early, early symptoms. Here is to trying for round 2. [/FONT]

    Good luck.
