It takes time, for many couples. Many, many months. Chart your BBT every morning and figure out when you are ovulating, and focus on having sex during that time.
Please read up on ovulation, fertility, chances of falling pregnant, etc. Educating oneself on this matter can save a lot of frustration and money down the road.
my period is misleading, I cant never make track of it. so idk when i am in my fertile days. i have tried almost everything i been to a gyno to he says am perfectly fine, i just dont know what to do.

My advise, Stop trying and start having fun. My husband and i were trying all kinds of things lol at one point i was stuffing pillows under my butt for 20 min. But every month my period came and i was SO disappointed!! But we decided that wasnt how you make a baby, you need to make love to make a baby! Now im 8 weeks and praying for my little shrimp to hang in here!! My baby wasnt an accident but was a surprise and i wouldnt want it any other way! It will happen but as i learned you have to wait for your body to decide!

After one month, there's no need to be so defeated love... I was pregnant 7 years ago. I didn't plan it but I remember the night it happened. I wasn't thinking about a child, I hadn't had a normal period, and it was a very good, relaxing night if you know what I mean.
