Good afternoon! I am looking to see what some people thing on the following:

My Bf and I were intimate on friday evening, with out realizing it the condom broke and he finished inside of me... my period started on 7/5/11 and ended around the 11th i believe and i also took an emergency contraceptive pretty much immediately. Are there still high chances of me becoming pregnant?

If any more information is needed let me know!

If you took the MAP you should be fine.

Yes, my bf ran to the drug store immediately to purchase the "next choice" i believe it what it was called. I took the 1st pill around 8 that night, about 15mins after it happened and took the 2nd pill about 8ish in the AM.

As WC said, you should be fine. You may experience some side effects: cramping, bloating, spotting, delayed period etc as a result of the morning after pill.

ive done some research and i dont feel like i have had any side effects and im sure its out of my system by now since i took it friday night, but i feel like the start of a UTI is coming. IDK if thats my bodys reaction to the pill or if i could actually be getting one.
