I can almost guarantee that she is not pregnant. However, if her period wasn't due, she needs to speak to a doctor about that bleeding.
Good day,
First let me start by saying that I think this site is wonderful for all the help it provides. Now to go into the questions I'm having. My girlfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years, we are both virgins. This past Saturday we tried to have sex for the first time and although we both felt mentally and physically prepared, she said that it started to hurt as soon as I started to press, even a little bit, against her vaginal opening. We both believe that the reason behind this is that her vaginal opening is to tight, small or any other adjective to better describe it. So me first question is, could she be too tight or was it just mental stress which provoked some muscular contractions? Now, I bought a lube for the occasion, just in case, and of course I used a condom which brings me to my second question. The next day, Sunday, my girlfriend informed that she started bleeding profusely and her lower abdomen was hurting, like if she was on here period. We are both scared as we believe she may be pregnant but aren't sure. Can you shed some light into this?
Thank you for your time and help.
Sincerely,
RogerM.

Her period is quite irregular and although I too thought it would be strange for her to be pregnant I wanted to have someone else's opinion. Thank you for your time. With regards to my first question can someone shed any light on the situation? Again thank you for all your time and help.
Sincerely,
RogerM.
She could be too tight, it is a possibility, but it could also be mental. If she is not relaxed or if she is worried about the pain, she is going to be tense, for sure. When a woman loses her virginity, it is easier said than done, but she needs to try to relax. Are you spending a lot of time on foreplay before trying? You need to make sure she is in a highly aroused state.
Lube is a good thing to have on hand.

Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
She was quite aroused and we did spend quite a lot of time on foreplay. I believe it is more mental than anything else. But I told her that she doesn't have to despair. Will keep trying until she feels comfortable enough or ready enough to do it. Again thanks for all your insight and help.
P.S. Keep up the good work. This site is great.
Sincerely,
RogerM.
Glad you enjoy the site.
It may take you both some time to get there. That is fine, just try not to get to the point of both of you getting frustrated, which it sounds like you are being very supportive and understanding of her.
Try experimenting with different positions, maybe ones where she feels like she has more control over the penetration.
Good luck.
