Do the two of you have unprotected sex? Is she on the pill? Where is she at in her cycle? Is her period late?
You didn't give us a whole lot to go on. If in doubt, take a pregnancy test if she is late for her period.

My girlfriend for one week exactly she had brown stringy discharge and a little bit of pink but no pink dots but a couple brown dots and the brown discharge was like mucus but it was stringy and I don't think it was implantation bleeding because that doesn't last a week. She was in the middle of her cycle a day or two after ovulation if were going on a 28 day cycle. She is Irregular, which makes this harder. and we did have unprotected sex two days before this happened and 6 days before this happened. she is not on any birth control.
She may just have been spotting, it happens all of the time. Discharge is also common and a sign of ovulation and changes around that time.
However, since you had unprotected sex around ovulation, it may be smart for her to take a pregnancy test. Since she is irregular, I'd maybe go 30 days after the start of her last period.

She may be pregnant. Only a test can tell. 19 days after the 2nd sex act would be the soonest you should test.
"Stringy" discharge is most often, sticky cervical fluid which is a sign of ovulation and being highly fertile.
Get a preg test when enough time has passed and ease your minds. While you're there, buy some condoms.
