If you have unprotected sex, yes, you could be pregnant.
I'd go ahead and take one. Maybe get a 2 pack, take another in a week if your period doesn't show.

Hello, I am 21 years old and me and my fiance have unprotected sex all the time, my last period was july 25, 2011. Today is currently august 24, 2011 and still I have not gotten my period. I am hesitating to take a preg. test because my period has been a little late before, and usually for like 2 weeks before my period by breasts are sore, but the only soreness has been my nipples. I have been having stomach pains and back pains, but no cramping, just soreness. How long should I wait to take a preg. test?
p.s. could I be pregnant?

Thanks, I think I am going to get a 2 pack of tests tonight and take one in the morning.
Took a test this morning and it said neg. but still no period so we will see!
