    Default worried sick...

Okay, so I am 9 weeks pregnant and am quite worried.

Today, I had diarrhea 3 times and had light cramping. I am worried because this is what happened before when I had my miscarriages. I am not spotting or bleeding at all.

The only other thing I can think of is that I am not drinking enough water, and did eat alot of raisins and dried apples today.

Calm down. Freaking out is bad for your little peanut.

With your history of miscarriages, the BEST thing you can do is have your doctor on speed dial and call him/her every time you have a worry. If they are a good doctor, they will understand, given your history. They will either tell you not to worry (which will ease your mind) or they will tell you to come in for a check up (which will also ease your mind).

You can also buy one of the home heart monitors for baby, so anytime you're feeling very concerned you can hook it up and hear the little pitter patter to make you feel better.

Tina, you can buy one lots of places. Some Walmart's have them. Your best bet is to talk with your doctor about it and he/she will recommend one. I hope you are being vocal with your doctor about your concerns. If not, type in prenatal baby heart monitors into google and you'll find lots of them. You can order one offline (like amazon) or call your local walmart and pharmacies to see if they carry them.

I am seeing my doctor in a month again, and I am going to let him know what I am worried about then. I am also going to look up healthy pregnancy diets. I have been eatting more fruits and veggies and drinking more water and orange juice, slowly cutting out pop, just drinking caffeniene free pop and decaf coffee.
