    When would be a More Accurate time to test since ive researched and have read about lots of "false Negatives". Period is now officially 10days late(11-16-11). I tested at 5 days late(11-11-11) and it was negative im thinking of retesting but im not sure exactly when to do it? Ideas...

    Oh Yeah also my period has NEVER EVER been late, no matter what its always on time.

    If you are 10 days late, chances are the test will be accurate. Take a test and take it in the morning. First morning urine will have the highest concentration of the pregnancy hormone that will give you the positive test.

    Also, just because your period is never late, doesn't mean it won't ever be. This may be one of those times, especially if you already took one being 5 days late and got a negative.

    Kodakbaby, I had a similar experience a few months ago. I am "never" late either and I ended up being almost 20 days late. I took 3 pregnancy tests which all turned out negative the first the first week I was late, then the other two the 2nd week I was late. I had just started to work out and eat healthier and I feel that may have disrupted my cycle. Right now I should have my period, but I don't yet. "Technically" I still have 2 days before I'm "late", but I am not going to freak out as much like I did last time. I need to take into consideration that sometimes I might be late. I am usually the one who freaks out, takes a test, and the very next day I get it...lol. I would say if your tests were negative thus far, you should be okay, but you can take another for peace of mind.
    ~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
    Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~

    LanaBear: Thank U and i didnt retest because luckily my period came 14days late but it came. I guess there is a first time for everything! Hope never happens again, cuz boy that was a scare, couldnt even enjoy Vegas

    LizzardB63: Its the scariest feeling in the world right especially if its the first time occuring. I was even more scared because i knew we had unprotected sex and i stopped BC. Lol yes i know exactly where u are coming from. And i was more concerned because i was reading all kinds of stories on the internet of ppl testing and getting false negatives or gettin "periods" and still being pregnant. Hope all goes well with U.

    && thank U both for taking the time to Respond =}
