Why not take a pregnancy test?
Definitely pregnancy symptoms but it can also be PMS symptoms too. The heartbeat thing is probably irrelevant. Even if you were pregnant, if you are four days late, you wouldn't be that far along to feel the baby move.
I am nineteen. I'm not sure whether I'm pregnant or not.
I'm a couple days late on my period, my breast feel like they are bruised when I press down on them and my digestive system feels a little out of wack.
Last night, When I was laying down, the left side of my stomach felt hard and it was pulsing, faster than my heart beat. and when I checked it out today, the hardened feeling moved higher and between my rib cages.
I just got out of a long relationship and dealing with arguments, being stressed out and all. I know stress can cause a delay on a period, but everything else?
I don't feel that tired, other than going through a phase of emotional stress / depression. But I still have energy and am able to get up and work. But I'm really worried.
Could these symptoms be something other than pregnancy signs?
Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. I don't really have anyone else to talk to about this situation.

Friendship Prayer
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch.
Amen
Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
You said your digestive system is out of wack, that's most likely what that moving hardness is, and the heart beat feeling is most likely a muscle spasm.
No need to stress, your sore boobs could be a sign of pregnancy, or your period. Your late period is a sign of pregnancy or stress.
Take a test no need to stress out with what if.
Congrats on either outcome.
I thought that PMS occurs during the end of a period? It is possible to have it without being on my period?
Update -
The bruised feeling in my breasts has decreased slightly, but it's still there a little bit.
The hard feeling in my stomach, I can no longer pin point. But it hurts in the center of my stomach and the upper
region (between my ribs) when I press down on them.
Still haven't gotten my period. I usually get it at the end of every month.
PMS is not at the end of a period. It is that time called "Pre Menstrual Syndrome" and happens before your period from about time of ovulation (may be some discomfort at this time) until your period starts. Its when all the hormones are at their peak and can cause aches, pains, sore breasts, personality changes etc.
Stress will cause all the symptoms you describe, and then some. Stress with delay your period and may cause you to miss it entirely. To be certain you are or are not pregnant, take a pregnancy test.
I get sore boobs, they swell, I bloat, I get SO EMOTIONAL it isnt even funny. I will cry ALL the time over commercials.
Theres lots of good advice being given to you. But please, please please please get a pregnancy test!!!
