Trying to get pregnant! PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I have been trying to get pregnant since aug last yr & I am trouble. My periods are getting longer & longer in between them. The last time it had been 34 days since my last period. This time it was 39 days, they are getting farther apart. Went to the dr & she sd everything was fine & that I should get pregt on my own, but I am very aggervated, she didn't do a test or anything, just cost me 50.00 for less than 10 min conversation. I have one child & he is 7, I got prgt the 1st time with him. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

WOW, Thanks for the quick response. You are wonderful. I needed you.. I don't know why she didn't test me or anything, she just sd that I had already had a child with my husband so I should be able to have another one. When my periods are later & later I know that makes my ovulation dates later, but now they are getting more confusing. Well, thanks for listening to me.

I know what you are going through I have a 3 year old with my husband and have been trying to have another baby with him and nothing is working we went to the doctor and turns out he know has a low count so just because you and your husband had one child together does not mean something could not be wrong now I would go back to the doctor and ask for some test Good luck
Doctors can be so not sympathetic..try not to stress to much sometimes couples that are trying so hard, never get pregnant and the minute the are "not trying" they get pregnant...I will keep you and your family in my prayers!!
Thank you so much for that. I called the dr back again today & they wanted to make another appt & I just told them no & that I wanted to talk to a nurse. She didn't do a test or anything.... pretty much she told me to go home & have sex. That is what I pd 50.00 for. I am just so aggervated. Now my periods are so messed up & getting farther & farther apart that I don't even know when I am suppose to be ovulating. Oh, well, thanks a lot for listening to me. please do keep me in your prayers.
I feel for you - I hope you get pregnant soon. I am in similar position - years of Depo injection stopped periods, came off it but two years on I hadn't had a period. Went opposite and bled almost continuosly for months after! Now have had no bleeding for a month and had hoped it was pregnancy but test negative. Have heard progesterone cream good for fertility, Not the synthetic stuff they try to give you at dr, have heard bad things on that. Good luck, I wish you all the best

My name is Pam. I'm actually new to this website and I guess I just need some answers to my problems without having to consult to a doctor. Maybe someone out there with the same situation can relate to me & can help me out. Well Here it goes it's pretty long ;-[;-):
I have always had a regular menstrual cycle until I had my first Child. At 20 years old I had a baby girl and I was bleeding very very heavily after the birth i remember bleeding for 2 weeks straight . It just seemed like an extremely long heavy period. Then I would get my period and Sometimes it would only be for up to four days but it wouldnt be a normal red color it looked like a brown ugly color. It wouldnt last long though. Natalie was two when I got pregnant with my second child ( my son Jerry). When i found out I was pregnant I was Almost two months . I was still bleeding and that was wierd. Id still get my period so I didnt realize until one day i felt nauseous and I decided to just check. I took a test and sure enough it was Jerry making me feel sick lol. After He was born my period never came again. Ever!! I was happy at first because I hated getting my period lol, Who doesnt't? But then I began to worry. I said OMG what if something is wrong with me. I had different ppl telling me what might be wrong and Thairoids was one guess. I decided to go get checked. It turns out I'm just over weight and stressed out lol so how's that for a Smack of reality?? lmao. Now Natalie is 4 and Jerry is 2yrs. My husband and I want one more baby before their ages are too far apart. He is not the father of my two but is raising them as that. We want one together, It will be his first clild with meand I just feel like I am missing something and My maternal instinct is calling fo my baby as if I know I'm supposed to have another one. I have been trying for months now and still nothing. I have been getting really irregular periods and sometimes i won't even get it at all. And just when i think i might be pregnant because of not getting my period my test still says negative. How am I suppose to know if I am pregnant or not if my period is so weird?? Is something wrong with me? My husband and I are frustrated and need answers. I want this so bad...but then again I also want to be healthy. I'm 225 lbs 5ft 5" and Am on a diet and have been taking care of myself what else can I do??
