    Thumbs up Ms. Jay

To all the ladies trying to conceive. I have that ovulation microscope. You can get it at Walgreens. It is Lifetime guaranteed. Very small, you can fit it in your purse. How it works is you spit on the lense, and look at it in a green light after the spit dries. Your spit has something in it that can detect ovulation. I tried it and my friend tried it, and we got pregnant. Get this...It is safe to use every day. Try that and see what it does for you. I thought that it was strange because the spit, but it works.

    IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Unhappy Depo

We've been trying to get PG for about 2 and a half years now.
For us, it could be any number of factors.
    1. Stress. My husband's just finishing his 3rd yr of Law School so he's not only stressed about school and future, but (and he won't admit this), but I think he's also stressed about bringing a baby into this world and trying to balance being a great father and establishing himself professionally.
    2. Not enough sex (maybe twice a week)....He's been so busy with Law School that he stays up until absurd hrs of the night. Then, when we do, #1 comes into play.
    3. Depo Provera. I got the shot once right before we were married (almost 4 yrs ago) so who knows if that has anything to do with our struggle, but I have heard horror stories about women not getting PG for 5 yrs or more after taking Depo. Hopefully something else was responsible, but I still want to warn ppl about DP's potentially long-term effects (maybe not 5 yrs, but definitely not always just 3 months).
So, those are things that we're doing or have done that are BAD for baby-making, but I'm trying to just take deep breaths and relax and let things happen how and when they're supposed to.

That is enough sex. Have you tried using opk's or OV-Watch. With opk's they will give you 24 hrs notice (aprox) that you are going to ovulate and with the ov-watch it will give you the four fertile days before ovulation. Sperm can live inside you for up to 4 days.

I have tried the Ov strips, the prenatals, elevating the hips, etc. Just about everything they suggest - except going to a specialist so that's probably the next step..... Thanks for the reply though! I appreciate it....

Question Desperately Wanting To Be A Mother!

I am at a point in my life, where i want a baby, its going on 2yrs and no luck. I have gone to 3 doctors and they all say that i am not ovulating ! The advise that i was given was to loose weight. I have been trying to do that. I have lost a little. Not one Dr told me about ?Calmoid? What is the drug and what is it for. I also bleed for an entire year prior to this, i was also told that this was due to non ovulation? I just need to know what is really going on. Is there something i can do to help with ovulation or what?

I think you're referring to Clomid - it's one of the more affordable fertility drugs....

I think the safety of your child should be the first thing to consider. You should find out if it is safe to conceive at such a short time period after taking depo provera. I'm sorry that I really don't have any answers about fertility, but I think it would be smart to make an appointment with an ob to see what your options are. I hope all goes well for you!
    Always here to help.............Princess!
