    Is it safe to workout during pregnancy? if yes, what types of excersise is good? will excerise help you to not gain as much weight during pregnancy?

    Many doctors will tell you that it is actually a good idea to keep your healthy lifestyle during your pregnancy. So exercize is encouraged so long as you and your baby are both in good health. Of course, you don't want to do anything to stressful or jarring. I wouldn't think it would be a good idea to do jumping jacks or jump rope. Haha. I think something like walking, cycling, light weights, and things like that would be good.

    Most important would probably be to let your doctor know you are exercizing and then probably take it a little easier on yourself as you get farther along or if your doctor feels it's a bad idea to work out in your particular situation.
