Since September my periods have been all messed up.My shortest cycle during that time was 16 days and the longest was 28 days. Before my cycles messed up they were quite regular every 36-37 days.I've been having some pregnancy symptoms:nausea and boob pain on and off throughout the day, headachs, increase of urination, back pain and cramping

My last period started on October 23rd and finished on the 26th

I was wondering when should I take a pregnancy test and get an accurate result?

A pregnancy test should be taken after you miss a week of your period. If November comes and you still have these symptoms and also your period you can still try taking a test or seeing a doctor because you can get your period and still be pregnant.

The more sophisticated blood pregnancy test can detect pregnancy pregnancy with virtually 100 percent accuracy as early as one week after conception (barring lab error) using just a few drops of blood.

The urine test can detect hCG in urine as early as 7 to 14 days. Urine tests are less expensive than blood tests but they do not provide as much information.
