Hello All! I was wondering if anyone has a clue to why my period is like 3 weeks late?? I had my 5th baby on 6-30-07 after going thru in vitro. I had a normal period on 11-23-07 and then nothing for Dec or Jan!! I spotted for 3 days around when my period was due in Dec but nothing after that.... I went to the Dr. But the Urine and BT were both neg!! I'm bloated looking 4 months pregnant right now gaining weight and just feeling like somethings going on...I hope that I'm not preg right now as I was drinking over the New Year and don't want to have harmed the "baby" if I was..I need some advice on what to do!!

    Default Answer to your question

If I were you- I'd try to get back into my doctor and demand an ultrasound because you "feel something is not right and having pain". That is the magic sentence to your Doc that gets them off there ***.
Women have alot of reasons why they miss their periods and it seems after all the experiences I've read and heard about...its because they were pregnant and these tests were not accurate enough to detect the HcG in your body (that changes throughout pregnancy). Try looking up online HcG levels for pregnancy..and you'll see that the level surges in weeks 8-11 and then dies down during the rest of the pregnancy.
Good luck..don't stress it makes it worse..relax
