pregnancy and stomach condition
hi
I am having severe cramping pains after menses. are my fears true , am i really bearing something inside .my stomach produces terrrible sounds and my lower pains have increased since the last week , how much necessary is that the stomach increases during pregnancyand what is the characteristics of stomach during the first trimester..
anyone can help.

well it sounds to me you might have some terrible gas going on there. i have been pregnant 3 times and in the first trimester my stomach didn't really change much. you really don't feel any activity from the baby until your about 4 months along. i really didn't start to show until i was 4 or 5 months along. if you have terrible pain that doesn't go away then by all means call your gyno.
