Question Help! Taking the pill durning pregnancy

I had sex when i was on the "inactive" pills and was not on my period. I just started a new pack today, my questions is if i did become pregnant is it bad to continue to take the pill if i were pregnant, and how soon can you take a pregnancy test?

There are many new pregnancy tests out now that you can take right away. I am not sure the exact time frame, but I know some of them are 24 hours or maybe even less. You can find out if you go to the grocery store or pharmacy and read the packaging. You don't need a prescription.

Also, if you find out you are pregnant, you should stop taking the BC immediately. Continued use of BC can result in birth defects, premature birth, and miscarraige.
