Thread: Clomid

Hi everyone.
I need a bit of help, clomid users especially
I got clomid from my obgyn after about a year of failed attempts of trying to conceive. Now, my husband was tested and he is fine, it is just that my cycle is really irregular and hard to keep track of when i might possibly ovulate. (i need to switch doctors because she did not give me much information AT ALL)...which is why any information would be great

I have just started using clomid in march cycle days 3-7. I got my period on March 19 and it ended on March 24. I have been taking my BBT, but is quite difficult as I am a light sleeper and my temperature is hard to chart and see a pattern. when do you ovulate on clomid? or can it make your period late. I know it is supposed to induce ovulation, however, if that was so, i do not see how my period could be late? or is that just a normal side effect... I have had some suspicious cramping for about a week, a bit exhausted lately and assumed i was going to get my period, but it never came. Now there is no more cramping and i feel fine. ANY insight is welcome. Anyone with late periods on clomid, or anything! pleaaaaase help! I have taken a HPT, but that was neg. and lord knows i just cant spend any more money on those things when they keep coming out neg....and i am sure i am not alone on that one

well I'm in the same boat irreg periods hard to chart ov if i even ov tried clomid period came 10 days late had cramps but no pg seems there is no light at the end of the tunnel maybe you should try a fertility specialist my obgyn referred me to one but i just cant afford to keep going through this so I'm just going to accept and move on
