    You can have vasectomies reversed...

    As for if they can father a child without reversing it.... I dunno... Mabye? Extremely unlikely though.

    If the procedure isn't effective, yes, it is possible to have children.

    Sometimes the procedure cuts off most of the sperm, but not all. Its uncommon, but not unheard of. A sperm count test would show if the vasectomy was successful or not.
