Question Lost one of my fallopian tubes! so wanting to conceive!

Hello,

I'm in need of some advice, back in november last year i lost my right fallopian tube due to a ectopic pregnancy. The doctors arent much help with this question so i was wondering if anyone on here may have suffered the same or no if this effects our chance of getting pregnent anytime soon or not?
The weirdest thing is i now have a period every month without fail when before i only came on once every 2-3months!?!?! Very confused about it all.
Any help or advice would be greatfully recieved.
