It's a little bit difficult this one as there is not much info to go on but i will try and help.

Its normal for a lot of couples to take quite a while to concieve, i would expect more than once ...although years ago i was pregnant after about 4 seconds but sadly it was a rape ...

You didnt say if you have any pre- existing gyne conditions, ovarian cysts, endometriosis ect ...i am taking it you mean womb pain...

Could it be the position you make love?, a gyne problem? or do you mean some spasm of pain after orgasm which is quite common.

I have never heard of cramps being caused by semen , but i have heard of allergies, in which case i would expect you would have a rash or burning ect in the vagina.

Its a tough one, simply because of lack of detail . I would try a different position and just rest afterwards.

    |If you have been trying for over a year or you feel the pain could be due to something like ovarian cyst ect (is it a sharp stabbing pain?) it would be worth going to see the dr and if the pain continues perhaps arrange ultrasound or whatever he suggests .

    Good luck and dont worry.

I don't have any cyst or nothing like that.Today its still cramping like i'm about to start my period.I'm not due to start until the 20th of may.Last month when it was cramping it lasted until i started my period.we did try another position this time and it still did it.I'm going to see what if it stops cramping this time. thanks

Hi again - still having i think on this one. If you are sure there is no ovarian cyst - and your not due for your period until the 20th, you might be pregnant !! i do hope you are ...you can experience period type pains if you are pregnant, so if you havent taken a test yet or even if you have if you wished (and you didnt want to wait till 20 when its due0 you could take a test.

Im just thinking, say you havent had a cyst, if you have suffered anything in the past, any infection of the cervix ect had any treatment for cells on the cervix?, or if you have been told you dont have any endometriosis?. It might still be worth a visit just to explain that to a dr and he could give you a little examination. A pelvic examination plus and internal (it wont hurt you) but its important especially if you are in pain.

Hope you feel better soon and HOPE you are pregnant- that would be great news .

    Take care ,
Cathy P.s you can still have period pains on and off leading up to your period , so dont panic ...

Hi again- just something i forgot to add .

If you are experiencing any abnormal discharges, odours , bleeding ect, it is most important you see your dr as soon as possible because it would indicate there is some infection present.

If this pain is like a dull ache period pain all the time even though you have not got a period that is most important you have an examination as soon as possible especially if you have vaginal discharge .
