    Hi,
I need to know if my wife can be conceived if we have sex during the safe period. That means we have sex on the 5th day of 1st day period? Ejaculation during intercourse and withdrawal make any difference? Thanks in advance

Look up Natural Family Planning (NFP; ) it's much more complicated than just a certain day of her cycle. I'm pretty sure there are free resources since it's marketed mostly as a Catholic form of birth control.

Is there really any time that you can call a safe period im beginning to wonder about that every woman body is different especially when you have irregular periods its so confusing to tell when is good time and when isnt a good time which then makes it a little more time to concieve because you can only make a esitmated guess of how many days your cycle is so for someone its kinda hard to detect a safe period to the male that asked this question u may not understand but i just wanted to express that about the whole safe period therory get some other opionions on the topic

Women can ovulate at different times. It has been known for women to ovulate straight after their period but not that common. Usually ovulation is mid cycle. Withdrawal is not that safe as it only takes one of those suckers.

There are ways to tell when you're ovulating; I forget the statistics but NFP is pretty darned effective considering it's a no-hormone, no-barrier form of birth control. You have to take temperatures every day for months and all kind of craziness. It's not simple.
