Yeah, I'm hoping it's just that she's stressed out. Which she is, one of her doctors even suggest committing herself to a "clinic" for anxiety.

We did have sex a months or so ago, though I didn't ejaculate in her and she claimed to still be on the pill. So, there's a small possibility I suppose.. If it was anyone else I might think it was some sort of evil entrapment scheme, but I pretty much know she doesn't want children - she already had an abortion (before me) and it sort of messed her up...

, I better not be a dad, or I'll fill my pockets with stones and jump in the river.

Bah, it sounds like shes trying to make you think she's preggo. A womans body can do such strange and wonderful things when her mind starts going!!! I know my cousin started to believe she was pregnant (they WANTED a child) and she ended up going without a period for 3 1/2 months!!

Also being on the pill and having emotions like that (breaking up) can do that. So I would have her take a HPT, that's really the only way to tell.

So basically just tell her to take a HPT and if it's neg, go see a specialist about her emotions.....or take up a new hobby

About a year and a half ago I had surgery to have my gallblader removed... that is a very painful surgery. My husband (boyfriend at the time) and I were very sexually active. I was convinced that I wasn't stressed out about the surgery, it was just something new to happen in my life... no biggie. Until I missed my period. I'm extremely regular, 27 days between the time of 8 and 10am.

I had three pregnancy tests done, and one blood test done to see if I was pregnant and everything came back negative... The day after my surgery I got my period.

When a woman is stressed, and even if she doesn't realize it, it can stop her period. You say that even a doctor told her she was stressed I'd say that's probably the reason. And if she is now stressed about being pregnant it could be worse.

Have her take a blood test from the doctor's office and see if she is pregnant.

I really hope she isn't, since you both seem to not want kids. Best of luck.

I think i nearly fell of my chair then..... as now you'll stress to until you find out, which is difficult for you just as much.

I have had a couple of "phantom pregnancies", that being gaining weight, feeling sick, no period all to establish a couple of months later, that i was not pregnant..

If you don't want to be, it's a real stress and can delay things further i believe...

Let's cross the fingers for you

But, if she is, i would almost feel that if she had an abortion and it messed her up, she won't and may not be able to go down that path again....

I'll cross my toes as well.

Kudos, you made me laugh. Agreeing with the previous posts, suggest that she takes a HPT, or a blood test if you'd like to be more thorough. Stress definitely plays a big part in a woman's menstrual cycle. Perhaps she's changed her diet as well. If the tests come up negative, I'd buy her a self-help stress book, not to be rude. Best of luck, and actually sand would work better, especially if you own cargo pants.

For the good of the world, I pray she is not knocked up.

One of YOU is all this world can take.

Lmao, you know we love you. And by the way, I'd bet millions she is not pregnant. She's just been through a breakup, probably has a lot of other things going on in life, was told she should commit herself by a doctor...I'd say it's pretty likely that she's not pregnant. Also, the fact that you didn't even come is pretty indicative of her not being pregnant. Not that it's impossible for it to happen, but pretty unlikely.

Yeah I know, imagine another little anonymouswhitefemale running around - not what anybody wants or needs.

I'm hoping she's not preggers, I'm going to see her later today (lives a few hours away), and she's going to have some tests done. I reckon as well that it's probably nothing, she's just a stressed little bunny. We'll see...

Condoms are about the worst solution to a problem that I've ever seen, it's like stopping drink driving by banning alcohol.
