So my husband and I officially decided to try to get pregnant this past month. A few days after I should have ovulated, I started to feel really weird. My breasts started to hurt (on the outside towards my armpits) and had weird cramping. My swollen/tender breasts still hurt today (about 2 1/2 weeks later). I have taken a few hpt and they have all come out negative. I am a few days late but this morning I started spotting. I believe that it is my period because it is light pink. Did I convince myself that I am pregnant but not actually be???
When I say that my breasts hurt on the outside, I don't mean on my skin. My glands inside were swollen and tender but only on the side by my armpits not by my sternum. (sp?)

Thanks for the info! Good luck to you and your husband!!
Last night I was online reading and reading and reading... I decided to see if any liquid was coming from my nipples. Much to my surprise, if I squeeze them, a clearish-white fluid comes from my nipples. I talked to a friend that works at a doctors office and she said that I should take another pregnancy test. (It has been 5 days since I took one.) Well, it was negative...AGAIN!
I'm very relaxed and hope that I will eventually become pregnant. (I'm only 27 so I think I have some healthy eggs waiting to be fertilized.)
I guess all we can do is try...right?!!?

Well, my advice to all ladies out there...GO TO THE DOCTOR AND GET A BlOOD TEST!! My doc was wonderful and very helpful. I got an exam and she said that it didn't seem like I was pregnant but with the symptoms I was having she wanted to double check. I got a blood test. They called yesterday to tell me that I wasn't pregnant and that all my hormone levels are normal. She took a few more tests to check out other levels and everything was normal. She said just try for a year and see what happens. If I don't get pregnant within a year, I can go back in and get more tests done.
If you are worried or unsure, do yourself a favor and go get tested. You will feel relieved. It only takes 24 hours to get the results!!
