Question Sretch Marks

Hello dere

Does any any body know how to prevent strech marks during pregnancy.I am 16 week and think I should start taking care of this.

Im a guy buuuut i was told vitamin E oil was really good for that. and its what my girls mother used.

Yep agree with that but then again any moisturising cream can be just as effective. And exercise helps too.

Any good ways to get rid of them once they're there? I've got some pretty hardcore stretch marks in the small of my back... They do look pretty cool, like tiger stripes, but I don't suppose I'd miss them...

Cocoa Butter formulas such as Palmer's help to smooth them once they are there, as does collagen elastin cream... but as for not getting them period, I don't think there is anything to avoid them all together. Some people get them and some (lucky ones) don't.

palmers coca butter is good. i used it on my belly and i didnt get strech marks....wish i would have used it others places!

Default Stretch Marks

All I can say is.....lotion, lotion, lotion. I lotioned three or four times a day and I ended up with very little stretch marks and gained a ton of weight. I looked like a blimp and thought I would have stretch marks galore. I believe the lotion helped a lot. I didn't even use a particular brand. Good luck and congrats!
