Default hey

this one's easy and simple

i use a perch fillet or any white fillet's you'd like

cut them long wise cut them like a 3-4 strips of one fillet

dip them on a plain flour ,salt.pepper
add oil on a pan
and fry the fish fillet till golden brown

you can make tomato salsa (boil a few tomatoes and add garlic till there nice and saucy) don't forget to add salt ,pepper, vegeta

the kids will love the fish fillets

Default Salmon recipe...

Here's a very easy recipe and it's fast...

Salmon steak (any size)
1 lemon
crushed pepper

Preheat the oven 350 degrees. Put the salmon on a pan with foil on it. Sprinkle some crushed pepper - enough to taste; Cut round lemon slices and add it on top; cover it with foil and put it in the oven for about 30 min. Make sure the thickest part is cooked well before taking it out.
Serve with extra lemons and enjoy.
