A gf who is gluten intolerant, told me she just found a recipe for lasagne which uses thinly sliced potato in place of noodles.

Ok, Ok, I don't think this was mentioned yet but I Love a Potato made into a meal of it's own, this is how I like it.......

You find a very large baking potato and bake until very tender, then what I'll do is split the potato partially in the middle and push open from the ends, you know. then I take a fork scraping and mashing up the tater real good. I 1st put a couple slices of real butter in in and some salt and pepper then mix it up some more. Then I put a nice big helping of chili on top that has meat and beans in it, add Sharp cheddar cheese, loads of it then I top that off with some sour cream.......

Man I just made my self very hungry,ha,lol, oh a Caesar Salad is good with it, yum yum!!!!

OK this never fails to please, boil potatoes until cooked. Take out of water and cut into quarters.
Put small amount of olive oil in fry pan and add cut potatoes, fry until golden on one side and turn them. Then add about a quarter of a cup of sweet chilli sauce and fry until golden and the chilli sauce caramelizes YUM!!!
