Brown Ale Beef Roast
1 Beef Roast (3-4 lbs)
1 can (14 oz) beef broth (I had a friend use a can of french onion soup)
1 (12 oz) beer (I use Newcastle Brown Ale)
1 jar pepperoncini, including juice, stems removed
Place everything in crock pot on med or high for about 5 hours (until you can shred with a fork).
Serve how you want i.e. with mashed potatoes or as sandwiches with provolone is good too.
