This recipe was given to me by a friend who was a weight watcher, but the soup is super lovely even if you're not watching your weight.

Pack of bacon cubes/cooked chicken pieces
Rice and/or buckwheat
Spinach (frozen or fresh)
2 - 3 eggs
Salt

First fry the chicken/bacon pieces in a pot. Don't deep fry, just a little bit of brownish colour.

Then add (boiling/boiled) water (see yourself how much soup you want) and add the rice and/or buckwheat. Cook it.

At the same time, boil the eggs.

When the rice/buckwheat is more or less done, add the eggs (cut them into small pieces) and spinach (if you use frozen spinach I recommend defrosting it on the cooker in a pot first while the rice is cooking). Cook it for a few minutes.

Add some salt and it's done.

Just look at the ingredient ratio yourself, how much of everything you want in it.

I know it may sound a bit yucky and I didn't like the taste of it first but now I love it!
