Haha - on the same track tonight. I was thinking this exact same thing. I need to dig some of mine out.

Been making a lot of granola lately

    Basic Granola

    8 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup coconut
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 jar wheat germ
    1 cup olive oil

    Mix.

    Add 1 cup honey
    Mix.
Spread on cookie sheets, bake at 325 for 25 mins
After baking add whatever dried fruits and nuts you prefer. Add before it cools so they will lump in with it.

Some of our favs are mixed nuts, slivered almonds, walnut and for fruits, raisins, dried mixed berries, cranberries, dried apricots.
