spark people has a great site. Some other good ones are martha stewarts whole living and nutrition data.
So I have the working out thing down, now just need to get the nutrition part locked in as well. I am very experienced at cooking things that are NOT good for you and can't quite figure out how to cook healthy stuffI am aware of what power foods are and how they work but does anyone know any good, simple and inexpensive recipes that incorporate these foods. Or maybe send me a message with websites or books strictly devoted to cooking simple, healthy recipes. Please help out if you can! Thanks!!

I've got a bunch of healthy recipes that were provided to me by the nutrition consultant at work... I am going to start posting them in the Recipes forum, starting today.
All are delicious, nutritious, full of super-foods, and low-cal. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner... I've tried most and can say (as a picky eater who's not super fond of veggies) they are REALLY good!
check back to the recipes forum... I've also got them all saved in word documents, so if anybody wants me to email them personally, send me a PM.
