As I was raised eating salmon patties, that is the only way I used to prepare canned salmon.
Married now for 12 years, I have learned some great ways to make it tasty and healthy!
A popular cooking magazine had a recipe I cannot remember exactly.
I do know it was from an ALASKAN who got tired of eating Salmon the same way every time! AND they of course have to eat alot of it!

It was cooking tortillas with cheese, basil and salmon in a skillet.
We eat it just like that! lots of basil is delicious!

I started adding Salsa, rice, and a veggie.

If we are in a hurry we eat chips, salsa, salmon, and quick rice.

New this year: MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS!

Place each filet of wild caught Salmon in a piece of aluminum foil

put Ranch dressing, feta cheese and bacon bits on top, fold over but not completely close. Place on grill for 5-8 minutes. Serve with rice and Salsa or chopped tomato.

We like lots of Feta cheese and it is delicious!

I make raw salted salmon. It's so good! You need a filet, salt (I use Himalayan pink salt), honey ad oil. In glass can, put some oil. cut salmon filet into small pieces. not too small, not too big. I like them small because then they'll be ready fast. Add salt and 1tsp honey to salmon, mix gently. Then put salmon in your can (or container), then add oil to the top. Put in fridge for 2-3 days. You can make sushi, or sandwiches, or add to salad, etc. It's yummy! And healthy.
