I have party this WE at my place..I really need some easy to make snack recipeis ...please tell me some!!!!11

I made this cold niblet for my bday party in march, hope you like it.

Ham and cream cheese pinwheels.

3/4 cup cream cheese
4 large slices lean ham
4 tbsp snipped fresh chives

Spread the cream cheese evenly over the slices of ham. Sprinkle with the chives. Roll up each slices tightly and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator in plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. When you're ready to serve, cut it in 2 inch pieces or so and use a tooth pick to stick in each one of them. Place then on a tray and you're good to go!

Another simple thing you can do, is buy the salsa from the grocery store with the chips to go with it and serve that.
