Talking i need a diet

ive put on about half a stone in 6 months, well since christmas and its annoying i want to loose about a stone, im not fat, well i am, sorta but its just not alright, i excersise at least 6hours a week and no-change really so i need to change what i eat.
i dont eat alot of junk food, nor am i a fussy eater. i hate egg and most dairy products- the only problem i have is with cream.
can somebody help me devise a suitable diet so all the women here can benefit from it and not just me?
ill start with a days meal, then other people can submit other days. (hope this goes well then there should be more than 7 different varietys)

Breakfast: a smoothie: strawberry yoghurt, blueberries and cranberries. (its so nice if the fruit has been frozen and still is while you make it into a smoothie)

Snack: a banana and an apple aswell as some crackers such as rivita.

lunch: haddock and steamed vegetables. water to drink.

Snack: half an avacado, a peach and some nuts (not salted!)

dinner/tea: tuna with rice, peas and sweetcorn, and a jacket potato (small) drink water.

ok people keep adding a nice hearty healty days worth of food so people can choose what they feel like any day of the year!

Avocado, white rice, and that sweetcorn will kill your diet. T_T

Instead of half an avocado, mush up a 1/4 of it and spread it on some Triscuits. Then top it with half a strawberry. I know it founds werid, but it's very delicious.

Foods with color are much more better for you. Like choose brown rice instead of white rice. ^_^

And...lay off the sweetcorn. >_<

There is a certain kind of tuna that diet experts reccommend.. I think it's like..Mahi Mahi or something. The smoothie sounds very delicious. What I usually do in my smoothie is get a fiber pill and a fem booster and mix it in. It's a good way to get your pills in the morning.

Breakfast: Banana, strawberry, apple, cranberry, and Active yogurt smoothie with two fiber capsules and a fem booster. 2 Boca sausage patties with 2 eggs whites.

Snack: An Asian pear with yogurt and a bottle of flavored water.

Lunch: Grilled chicken Caesar salad without the dressing. ^_^ Make sure it's fat-free and only dip, don't drench. A Shirley Temple on the side.

Snack: A homemade fruitpop.

Dinner: "Fried" catfish with steamed broccoli and carrots. It's really baked catfish with cornflakes covering it, but it looks fried. ^_^ Coke float with whipped ice cream and a diet coke with lime. :P

Snack: A veggie smoothie! Carrots, broccoli, beets, mint yogurt, and a little bit of watermelon to give it a sweet taste. ^_^

...I eat weird. I know.

i have to force myself to drink water everytime i eat or i get unwittingly dehydrated. i love my coffee too much ): i'm not a vegetarian but i prefer to avoid most meats and too much dairy. a typical day for me would be something like this.

breakfast-
large bowl of whole grain, organic cereal with banana and soy milk. a glass of water.

snack- coffee with soymilk

snack- some trailmix or granola bar. glass of water

lunch-
whole wheat soft tortilla spread with hummus and stuffed with raw veggies. i usually add olives, or something pickled for extra flavor. a glass of water.

snack- fruit sliced, with honey and cottage cheese drizzled on top.

snack- a few whole grain crackers with toasted seaweed. glass of water

dinner-
vegetables saut?ed in wine, broth and herbs with beans and wheat pasta. glass of water.

snack- coffee with soymilk

snack- a few piece of candy or a square of dark chocolate and a glass of water.
