Some may call this macaroni and cheese. Its good with all types of chicken, pork, beef etc..
1 pack elbows pasta 1 pack 8 oz cheddar or motzerella cheese, either shredded or you can grate it if its not shredded. 3 large eggs 1 tin evaporated milk salt black pepper bread crumbs (optional) ketchup (optional) Mustard (optional) Bring pasta to a boil, when done strain. In a separate large bowl, add eggs, stir. When pasta is cooled a bit add the pasta into the large bowl with the eggs add grated cheese, not all. add about half tin of evaporated milk and stir add salt to taste add more cheese and the rest of the milk add about half teaspoon ketchup for flavour add mustard about 1/4 teaspoon mix everything together then pour into a baking dish. add bread crumbs on top if you like. Bake at a 350 degrees oven, for about 40mins or until the top start turning light brown. |
