Default Italian Crockpot Chicken

This might not sound good but it actually is...
It is like Chicken Alfredo.

Italian Crock pot Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts (whole or in bite size pieces)
1 can cream of chicken soup
? stick butter (not margarine)
1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
1 8oz package cream cheese (room temperature)

Melt butter; pour over chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix. Cover and cook 4 hours. Blend soup and cream cheese, pour over chicken.
Cook additional ? hour.
Serve over angel hair pasta or white rice.

I've heard of pressure cookers being dangerous, although I have never had any problems with one but I am unaware of crockpots being dangerous. However; I don't claim to know everything (of course my husband might tell you different , lol). I do know I love my crockpot, it has really come in handy. I would recommend you get one .

You know...when you mentioned the cream cheese you just made it sound so much better. Yum!

There is this special kind of cream cheese from Brazil from Catupiry... Do you think that if I add it to the recipe it won't be Italian anymore?

Sounds GREAT! I don't know what could be dangerous about crock pots, but I really like them. If they are dangerous, then I'll just have to live in danger. Hehe. I really do like to use a crock pot.
Cheers.
