That's the one, I was looking for it the other day after writing this, (sad), I am in Australia and can't find it, perhaps I will just go to a Greek restaurant and ask them, I have never tried anything so mouthwatering and "fattening" but who cares, lol...

Chandlers Wish, are there any Asian or European Markets nearby where you live? You might be able to find some there.

BBQ wings:

Sauce:
2 sticks butter melted in sauce pan
add:

5 tablespoons ketcchup
5 tablespoons spicy mustard
1/2 tsp. horseraddish
stir as you stir and clover and orange blossom honey til your sauce is a glaze

ADD:

crushed red peppers (optional)
Pepper
Salt
Lemon juice
paprika
chili powder

glaze those wings and BBQ!

Definately Asian, I frequent at least once a month, love Hoi Sin sauce, Oyster Sauce, fresh garlic, herbs, and their meats for proper Chinese food, never, ever thought of trying there and I will also look up European Shops, Greek is another one of my favourite foods to cook.

Sonora, see we miss so much being Australian, we stick to simply sticky honey tastes not gorgeous tastes with mustard and horsraddish, I would never have thought of that, definately going to try it though.

I need to change from recipe threads though I haven't eaten breakfast and I'm getting HUNGRY......
