Rice Crispies and Chicken I know it sounds wierd but it is soo good. rice Krispies crushed as coursley as possible. you dip the chicken in butter to coat and then you put them in rice krispies and put salt and pepper on them then bake. It gives you a crunch its almost like eating fried chicken. Soo Good!

Chicken curry - slimming world recipe

I usually use already cooked chicken.

Marinade your chicken in low fat yoghurt and tumeric over night.

Fry a chopped onion and add curry powder.
Add chopped obergine and carrots or any other veg you want, tin of chopped tomatoes and your chicken marinade into your pan and simmer for 30-40 mins.

Serve with boiled rice and a popadom, lovely, easy to cook aswell because im not that keen unless its a one pot dinner!!

    Personally,

There is a greek cheese i don't know the name of it, but they fry it and pour lemon over it and serve, it's a winner every time, maybe "google" greek food recipes..

This would be fantastic, with grilled chicken with herbs and lemon, and then cut sweet potato chips very thin, deep fry those and stand them up like shards on the plate, sprinkle the plate side ( white plate) with black pepper in each corner and tiny, tiny diced capsicum (red)and 1cm chives cut scattered over the plate for the colour effect.

I think the cheese you are talking about is called Halloumi cheese. It's from Cyprus and it's GORGEOUS - its almost like Feta meets Tofu. You can do literally anything to it. Fry it, grill it, bake it. It doesn't melt away like other cheeses. Works really well in kebabs and curries too.

You can get big chunk of it over here (Ireland) for about 2.49EUR. I have family that live in the US though, and they haven't ever heard of it so I don't know if you can get it in certain parts of the US.
