Wink chicken recipes

a really good one that can be served with pitta bread or boiled rice

stir fry some finely chopped 1 onion till golden brown
throw one small chicken in the pot containing the onions and fry till slightly cokked
beat 300g youghurt thoroughly and throw it in the cooking pot
add some salt , black pepper and some herbs if you wish
and cook for 20 minutes covered .
check the meat and see if it is cooked.. then garnish it with some chopped corriander leafs. smells great and tastes great

tips: cooking it over medium heat and slow cooking will give it extra good taste. make sure your onions are finely chopped.
