Healthy Spinach Salad

Spinach is great for the body! It has lots of vitamins including iron, so I love to eat it in my salads. This Spinach salad includes a home-made vinegrette and topped with chicken breast or tuna! It's really easy, so don't be afraid to try it at home.
For the vinerette:
Use 1/3 Balsamic vinegar to 2/3 olive oil
Add crushed pepper and salt
Add oregano to your liking
Mix well or shake
Place enough baby spinach on a dinner plate for 1 person.
Place a grilled chicken breast or a drained can of tuna on spinach.
Top with crutons and vinegrette! Enjoy!
