does anyone have any receipes for vegetarian meals without oil or starch

I have been a vegetarian for a while and I just got a really awesome cookbook its called Complete Vegetarian. I don't have it handy so I can't tell you if the recipes are starch and oil free...You should check out some cookbooks at like a Barnes and Noble and see if the recipes are worth it. Thats the best way imo.
