Talking Baked Ham and Egg Cups- EASY!

This is a super easy recipe, and is always a hit!

you'll need:

6 eggs
6 peices of sandwich Ham
1/2 onion-diced or minced
cheese of your choice-grated
salt
pepper
muffin baking tin

preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
spray the muffin tin with cooking spray, or grease muffin tin.
place one slice of the sandwich ham into the muffin tin, so it forms a "bowl".
add some onion and cheese on the bottom of each "bowl", and crack ONE egg into each...add some more onion and cheese on top, salt and pepper to taste.
put into oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until egg is fully cooked.
Serve and Enjoy

You can add ANYTHING you want to the egg cups!
