    Hey guys!!
My boyfriend is ready to meet my parents which is a great thing right? But I am as nervous as . I don't know why, is it normal? Is it because I know that after he meets my parents it automatically means that I'll be meeting his parents sooner than later? The thought of meeting my in-laws terrifies me, Because for one, he has been engaged before and the family knew his former fiancee and Im afraid that I might be compared with her. Secondly Im 10 years younger than him but our physical being (bodies) doesn't prove it, but Im scared that they might protest saying that Im too young for him. Is it normal to feel this way?

On the other hand, are you sure your parents wouldnt raise the issue of difference in your ages???

Soooo, He's ready to meet your parents, yes that's a good thing because it means he's serious about you. You are worried if your parents understand, I assume they are aware that you have a boyfriend and he's 10 years older than you?

With regards to him being engaged before, that's not relevant. In general all a parent wants for their child is to see that they are happy and if so, that's all that matters.

    Hey CW
My parents are not exactly aware of the age difference. And honestly their reaction is what scares me the most. But hey Im just glad that you all agree with me that it's good for for us when he is willing to meet my parents.
