Default Through the Looking Glass

I wonder if people really see it; they don't want to be told what to do; but they don't mind telling other people what to do.

Default How Can You Sink Something on the Bottom

There have been a number of members complaining about Kay and I and how we have made this topic sink. Let me remind all of you that this topic started off on the bottom; the subject matter itself is low. Here we have a married woman sleeping with two men; her lover is married. The ex-husband is questioning whether one of the kids is even his. The lover is refusing to take responsibility for his own child and now won't return her phone calls after his wife and legitimate children find out about the affair.

So you see, there was nowhere else for this conversation to go. We didn't cause it to sink to a low level; the subject matter itself is appalling.

No remorse; no shame. Therefore, no chance of restoration and peace. That's what I see. Modeling such behaviour in front of innocent impressionable children; setting them up for a life of victimhood; themselves made vulnerable to being preyed upon by such predators. Why not; my mom did it. Kids don't do what we say; they do what they see us do. Remember that when you think about your "love affair" and are getting your sympathy fix.

Give me a break.

Dear, I think you should actually READ what the
Administrator had written. The words. Each one
of the words. And then perhaps you might understand
what the Administrator posted.

What has happened in this thread is one of those
fantastic '6'/'9' situations...

Imagine a number is lying on the ground, is it a
six or a nine? Depends on where you're standing.

Here is a very common situation; woman gets involved
with a married man who returns to his wife.

Those who identify with the 'other woman' have one
entire philosophy, those who identify with the wife
have another, and those who see this kind of a legal
question often, have certain experiences.

What I find remarkable, is that two lawyers are
identifying the legal issues and the processes
and are accused of not being "compassionate" by
those who identify with the other woman.

So it is quite clear, those who see themselves
as the Other Woman wish no legal advice in
the matter.

Fabulous.
I feel a thesis coming on.

i just dont see why you keep responding this is a help site HELP being the key word, and obviously drama doesnt want your help, someone else may see your advice and want it but its clear this is not the case in this situation. and i wasnt just refering to you two about lowing the tone of the forum, it has just turned into school ground bickering. and i also feel that your letting your personal feelings on this matter judge your response to this topic.

"Let me remind all of you that this topic started off on the bottom; the subject matter itself is low. "

your not speaking as a lawyer there thats your own view. also refering to my comment about the administrator dear i wasnt just talking about you and kitten, if you would of read my post you would of seen this. All i was saying is have you nothing better to do with your lives then to continue angering and upsetting this women, anyone reading can see shes not intrested in what you have to say. why dont you concentrate on giving advice to people that want it, am sure you can help some people out there but drama obviously isnt one of them.

kaylar ive READ and in my opinion the words "personal attacks" can apply to you, but its obvious your in with the people who run this site, because i felt it was unfair to say "Please remember we are all here to help each other (please see Kaylar's 700+ posts to see how best to be able to help each other)." as to me this shows that the administrator is on kaylars side and i feel that they should be neutral.
but like i said when i made that comment it was regarding everyone!
please lets all supprt each other and give each other the best advice we can

Why does people do this???I mean, why get married and then look for another man or a woman for a another relationship...Are they not thinking about the consequences that they are doing?...The children are the most affected on this, they are not they only one.
