My boyfriend says its cheating to have guy friends and talk to them what do yall think?

A tad controlling....................immature, selfish, self centered, lacking trust.

Does he talk with other females? How does he feel about that? HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Cheating, to me, is based on two things; intent and where your heart is What's your intention when talking to "other guys"? Where is your heart when doing so?
