She is just rude to me when her friend is around and I've actually tried and have involved her friend in mutual things to do (I've had them both over for a girls night sleep over why my boyfriend was out of town)...I really think I've made an effort. I feel like I'm turning into the bad person here...I am not playing the blame game, I just don't know if I should hang on or let go. When do you know when to just surrender?
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~

I think you do know. Letting go isn't always easy, but it can be incredibly empowering when you are letting go of something that is bringing you down and causing you negativity.

You are the only thing holding that relationship together. Otherwise, there is no real friendship here. Let her go. You don't have to say "I don't want to be your friend anymore" but stop calling, stop answering when she calls, find other things in your life and then down the road if she REALLY wants to be a friend to you, then let HER show you that.

    "Be what you're looking for."

"The next time you're thinking of kicking someone when they're down, offer them your hand and help them back up instead."
