My bf doesn't care about how I feel in bed...

My bf doesn't care about how I feel in bed. He said it's frustrated and annoying when I said he hurts me. A guy who doesn't even care about how you feel in bed, I doubt he care anything else about me.
We've been together many years, not live together. That hurts me so much. When I mentioned that we should talk about the future plan about where we both should move, things like that. He said he doesn't even know where is he going to get the job, what will happen later, how is he gonna plan. He said he can't plan something he doesn't know. I'm confused... What should I do? so helpless...

Just what is the issue? Is it how you feel in bed? Is it that he won't make future plans? I think you know your answers. And, you should know that you are not helpless. You can decide what it is you want for your own life, who to spend that life with, what compromises you are willing to make and how much you will take from someone that obviously doesn't care as much as you do.

Think about what you have written and then you try to answer these questions for in the end it will be your decision.
